Larissa Field

Larissa Field began their career as a Front End Web Developer for AVI-SPL in 2012. At AVI-SPL, they worked on-site at the Dow Chemical Company, starting as a Content Tech and quickly moving on to a full Front-End Developer role. In 2015, they joined TEKsystems as a Front End Developer and CQL as a Senior Interface Developer, Team Lead. At CQL, they acted as a tech lead for many projects, working closely with clients to review and create requirements, estimating projects, compiling necessary documentation, creating acceptance criteria, assigning work to developers across the project team, and leading code reviews. Larissa also helped to create a global style core with brand themes to reduce style refresh time needed for each of the 15 brands within one particular codebase, and worked with multiple teams to integrate React.

Larissa Field attended Ferris State University from 2007 to 2011 and obtained a degree in Graphic Design.
