Rohan Oprisko

Rohan Oprisko is an experienced planning and data professional currently serving as an Associate Planner at CR Associates since November 2024. Prior roles include Civic Data Analyst II and Civic Data Analyst at Alta Planning + Design from September 2021 to November 2024, and a GIS Intern at the San Diego Association of Governments from September 2020 to September 2021. Additional experience encompasses GIS Research Assistant at UC San Diego School of Global Policy and Strategy, where Rohan conducted GIS work in India, and various internships, including with the Global Green Growth Institute and the Port of San Diego. Rohan earned a Master of International Affairs with a focus on International Development and Nonprofit Management from UC San Diego School of Global Policy and Strategy and holds a Bachelor's degree in International Studies with a concentration in Political Science from UC San Diego.
