Robin Levine, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in human resources. Most recently, Robin served as the Human Resources Director for Income Property Management and C&R Management Group. Prior to this, Robin held the position of Director of Human Resources and Senior HR Generalist at C&R Management Group, where they were responsible for performing pay equity analysis, advising on complex employee relation issues, updating policies and procedures, and overseeing the implementation of a full HRIS system. Before joining C&R Management Group, Robin worked as an HR Generalist at Columbia College Hollywood, where they handled various HR duties such as coordinating contracts, payroll, and benefits for summer programs and regular staff. Robin also gained experience as an Employee Relations Consultant at Huntington Hospital, where they managed investigations, provided advice on HR policies, and represented the organization at unemployment hearings. Prior to that, Robin worked as an HR Generalist at Columbia College Hollywood and as an HR Manager at Orthopedic Consultants Medical Group, where they implemented a computer-based payroll and benefits system. Starting in 2008, Robin attended Pierce College where they obtained an AA Degree in Business Administration. In 2009, they further pursued their education by earning a Certificate in Human Resources Management from UCLA Extension.

In 2015, Robin enrolled at Western Governors University and successfully obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business with a concentration in Human Resources Management. During this time, they also secured a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute, although its status is currently suspended.

Continuing their commitment to professional growth, Robin later obtained the SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management in 2015. This certification demonstrates their expertise in Human Resources Management and Services.
