Ha-Young Kwon

Ha-Young Kwon is a Consultant in CRA's Strategic Communication Practice.

Ha-Young supports communication leaders and leadership teams as they develop messaging to connect, inform, and engage with their employees.

Prior to joining CRA, Ha-Young worked at the United Nations International Computing Centre to establish the internal and external communication channels of the organization. Additionally, she has experience in event coordinating and development for local and global non-profits. Ha-Young holds a B.S. in Media, Culture, and Communication from NYU, where she led and conducted academic research in Abu Dhabi.

An avid traveler, Ha-Young has lived in Seoul, Paris, and the Fiji Islands. In her free time, Ha-Young enjoys listening to The Economist podcasts, brewing specialty coffee, and exploring her hometown of Cambridge, Massachusetts.
