Alex Terrell has extensive work experience in the IT and networking industry. They started their career at IDACOMM in 1995, where they served as the Manager of Network Operations, overseeing the NOC and Technical Support departments. During their tenure, they assisted in the implementation of IP Telephony service deployment and managed various fiber optic multiplexers and services.

Afterward, Alex joined Holland Realty in 2005 as an IT Manager, where they designed and implemented a new wide area network over fiber between multiple offices. They also installed an IP Telephony solution and handled the administration of MS Server 2003 and MS Exchange Server.

Alex's next position was at Taos in 2012, where they worked as an IT Networking Consultant. They monitored and supported a worldwide MPLS WAN network, supported VPN servers and connections for over a thousand employees, and managed mobile devices for employees.

Currently, Alex is employed at Cradlepoint since 2013. They started as the Manager of Global Service and Support before transitioning to a Solutions Engineer (SME) role. Currently, they serve as a Global DevOps Engineer. The specific start and end dates for these roles are not provided.
