Andy Larsen

Andy Larsen has a diverse work experience in supply chain and sourcing roles. Andy is currently the Head of Global Supply Chain and Sourcing at Cradlepoint, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Strategic Sourcing at Cradlepoint from September 2022 to March 2023.

Before joining Cradlepoint, Larsen worked at Vivint starting in 2017. Andy'sroles at Vivint included Senior Director of Supply Chain Operations from April 2021 to September 2022, Director of Strategic Direct Procurement from April 2020 to April 2021, Director of Strategic Sourcing from August 2018 to April 2020, Senior Manager of Strategic Sourcing from April 2018 to August 2018, and Supply Chain NPI Manager from July 2017 to March 2018.

Prior to Vivint, Larsen worked at Sanmina, where they served as a Material Planning Manager from March 2017 to July 2017 and an Operations Program Manager from February 2015 to March 2017. During their time at Sanmina, Larsen successfully managed the implementation of Oracle MRP and Kinaxsis planning software and oversaw the launch and production of various SKUs for different industries.

Andy'searlier experience includes working as a Buyer at FLSmidth from July 2013 to February 2015, where they achieved cost reductions through data analysis, supplier selection, and negotiations. Larsen also worked as a Strategic Sourcing Specialist at bisco industries from July 2012 to July 2013, where they managed sourcing needs for OEMs and successfully negotiated cost savings.

Larsen began their career as an Organizational Behavior Project Manager Intern at Esterline Technologies Corporation from April 2011 to August 2011. At Esterline, they implemented an employee engagement survey and presented recommended action plans based on the survey results.

Overall, Larsen has demonstrated expertise in supply chain management, strategic sourcing, and materials planning throughout their career.

Andy Larsen has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University's Marriott School of Management. Andy also has additional certifications in APICS CPIM, Master Planning of Resources and APICS CPIM, Basics of Supply Chain Management from Weber State University. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, which is expected to be completed by 2024.
