Giorgia Procaccini

Giorgia Procaccini has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 2009, they worked at Ariston Thermo Group as a Manager, Learning & Leadership Development for five years. In 2014, they founded and served as the President of Elanguageclub, focusing on talent and diversity & inclusion. From 2016 to 2019, they joined Whirlpool Corporation and held various positions, including Global Leader, Learning & Leadership Development, Project Manager, Global Supply Chain, and Manager, Global Talent Development. Giorgia then moved on to Carrier, where they worked as an Associate Director, Global Talent Management from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they are the Head of Global Talent Management at Cradlepoint, starting in April 2022.

Giorgia Procaccini has a diverse education history. Giorgia holds a Master's degree in Marketing & Communication Management from 24ORE Business School. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Translation and Liaison Interpreting from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna. In addition to their formal education, Giorgia has obtained several certifications. Giorgia is certified in Hogan Assessments from Hogan Assessments, completed the Leading Virtually program from The Ken Blanchard Companies, and is a Certified Insights Discovery Practitioner from Insights. Furthermore, they obtained the title of Sommelier from the Associazione Italiana Sommelier and achieved Level 4 of Japanese Language Proficiency from The Japan Foundation.
