Anna currently works as a Contracts Manager at Ericsson, where they are responsible for managing various contracts across the US, EMEA, and APAC regions. Their duties include tracking compliance, governance, analysis, scope, review, drafting, and negotiation of agreements. Anna also works with global stakeholders to ensure agreement terms align with privacy regulations and GDPR compliance. Anna develops best practices and protocols to mitigate risks and safeguard company philosophy.

Prior to their current role, Anna worked as a Contracts Manager at Cradlepoint. Anna also has experience as a Legal Analyst for Contracts & Negotiations - Software and Technology Licensing at Micron Technology. In this role, they managed complex software, SaaS, cloud-hosted technology, and platform servicing agreements. Anna was responsible for contract drafting, legal review, negotiations, and collaboration with outside counsel and data privacy compliance teams. Before that, from 1989 to 1993, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government with a minor in Russian at Seton Hall University. Anna also obtained a Paralegal Certification from Fairleigh Dickinson University in December 1995.
