Anne J.

Anne J. has a comprehensive work experience in the field of learning and development. Anne'smost recent position was as a Board Member at Idaho Nonprofit Center since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Enterprise Learning at Cradlepoint from 2017 to the present date. In this role, they were responsible for driving the design and execution of an Enterprise Learning strategy.

Before that, Anne held various roles at AARP, starting as the Interim Vice President of AARP TEK from 2014 to 2015, where they launched a pilot program to provide mobile technology training for older adults. Anne then became the Director of ePrograms from 2015 to 2017, where they implemented innovative online learning programs for the organization's members.

Anne also worked at Laureate Higher Education Group as the Director of Training and Development, Enrollment Management Operations from 2009 to 2011. In this role, they led a Learning Organization supporting multiple educational institutions and launched a Learning Management System.

Prior to that, Anne was the Director of Training at LandAmerica Financial Group from 2007 to 2009, where they developed and staffed a new training department.

Anne started their career with their own company, Anne Plyler and Associates, Inc., where they provided custom end-user applications training and efficiency consulting solutions for private industry, government, and non-profit organizations from 2002 to 2007. Anne also worked as the Director of Training at Ociter Enterprises (O/E) from 1998 to 2002, where they partnered with Ociter to provide training services and later sold their training company to develop a full-service training department.

Overall, Anne J. has extensive experience in designing and implementing learning strategies, developing online learning programs, and managing training departments in various organizations.

Anne J. completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, Psychology, and French from Goshen College. Anne then went on to pursue a Masters in Leadership from Walden University with a specialization in Leadership Development. In addition to their degrees, Anne J. also obtained the ITIL Foundation v3 certification from Loyalist Certification Services in January 2012.
