Kristin Marroletti

Kristin Marroletti has extensive work experience in instructional design and learning content. Kristin currently holds the position of Manager, Learning Content at Cradlepoint, starting in April 2023. Prior to this, they were the Program Manager, Learning Content at the same company from March 2022 to April 2023.

Before joining Cradlepoint, Kristin worked at The CE Shop as an Instructional Designer from August 2018 to March 2022. In this role, they collaborated with various team members to deliver course material, managed projects, ensured content alignment with state requirements, and developed instructional design solutions.

From March 2015 to May 2018, Kristin served as the Director of Operations at Obsidian Network. Here, they provided leadership and training for day-to-day operations, managed a marketing team for product development, and conducted onboarding and specialized training for employees.

Prior to that, Kristin worked as an Instructional Designer at OnCourse Learning Publishing from June 2014 to February 2015. Their responsibilities included collaborating with Subject Matter Experts, improving course quality, and generating assessment and exam questions.

In 2013, Kristin worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Western Michigan University, delivering lectures and training exercises to undergraduate psychology students, leading instructional teams, and resolving student issues. Kristin also had a brief role as a Systems Analyst at Haworth in January 2013.
