Christopher Basciano

Christopher Basciano has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Christopher started their career at AT&T as a Premise Technician, where they provided on-site installation, repair, and updating of network infrastructure, VoIP telephone systems, Ethernet networks, and IP TV networks. Christopher was responsible for configuring and updating various equipment and software.

After that, Christopher worked as a PC Technician for PFI Tech on a short-term contract. Christopher performed scanner software upgrades, verification, and repairs for HISD. Christopher also assisted User Support Analysts at FBISD by setting up computers, installing software, printers, Elmos, projectors, and updating drivers.

Christopher then joined Pacific Dental Services as an IT Field Technician II. Christopher was involved in remote ticket support, on-site troubleshooting, and installing full IT systems for new offices. Their responsibilities included configuring and troubleshooting hardware for Juniper firewall and switches, HP servers, Panoramic x-ray machines, and office computers.
