Manager Infrastructure at CradlePoint

Brandon McKenzie has a diverse work experience in the field of infrastructure management and engineering. Brandon is currently working as the Manager of Infrastructure at Cradlepoint since October 2022. Previously, they held the position of Manager of IT Infrastructure Engineering at Aurora from January 2021 to October 2022.

Prior to that, Brandon worked at Uber from July 2015 to January 2021. Brandon served as a Sr. Systems Engineer II / TLM of ATG Corporate Infrastructure. In this role, they were responsible for managing the corporate infrastructure, including colo/data center management and maintenance of critical services like Active Directory and DNS/DHCP. Moreover, they provided full-stack support for various Hardware Engineering applications.

Before joining Uber, they worked at UPMC in various roles. From April 2014 to July 2015, they worked as an Operating Systems Engineer, responsible for maintaining the centralized server infrastructure supporting EMR applications at UPMC CancerCenter. Prior to that, they held the same role from August 2010 to April 2014, where they collaborated closely with the Customer Implementation Team and Software Engineering staff.

Brandon's work experience also includes a role as a PC Consultant at UPMC from May 2007 to August 2010. Brandon started their career at UPMC as a Systems Analyst from May 2005 to December 2006.

Brandon McKenzie attended Penn State University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Sciences and Technology. In addition to their degree, Brandon has obtained two additional certifications. In November 2022, they received the Cradlepoint Certified Network Associate certification from Cradlepoint. In September 2022, they obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft.
