David E.

David E. has extensive work experience in the field of network engineering and technical support. David started their career at RCN as a Network Operator, where they monitored and troubleshooted issues related to internet services. David then worked at Irides, LLC as a Support Engineer, providing technical support to customers for dial-up connections and web hosting. After that, they joined CSR, Incorporated as a Network Administrator, where they configured and maintained the organization's network. David later joined Comcast Cable as an Advanced Technical Support representative, troubleshooting customer CDV network issues. David then worked at Hosting.com as a Provisioning Technician, installing and configuring hardware and software. David also served as a Storage Administrator, responsible for the architecture and troubleshooting of storage solutions. Their next role was at Vector Security Networks, where they worked as a Network Engineer and later as a Senior Network Engineer. In these roles, they designed and developed customer network communications, configured WAN and LAN networks, and maintained technical documentation. Currently, David is working at Cradlepoint as a Solutions Architect and Sr. Partner Sales Engineer.

David E. attended Delaware Technical & Community College from 2009 to 2014, where they obtained an Associates degree in Information Security. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained various certifications including Arista WiFi Gold Certified Administrator from Arista Networks in January 2019, NSE 1 Network Security Associate, NSE 2 Network Security Associate, and NSE 3 Security Sales Associate from Fortinet in March 2018, Cradlepoint Certified Network Expert (CPCNE), Cradlepoint Certified Network Associate (CPCNA), and Cradlepoint Certified Network Professional (CPCNP) from Cradlepoint in 2017, CMNO from Cisco Meraki in May 2017, Xirrux Certified Wireless Technician in April 2016, and Xirrus Certified Sales Associate in March 2016.
