Francis Sziebert (Frank)

Frank Sziebert has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Francis (Frank) is currently the Operations Software Engineering Manager at Cradlepoint since April 2021. Prior to this role, they held positions as an Operations Software Engineer 2 and an Operations Software Engineer at the same company, where they focused on developing Full Stack applications to improve process efficiency and foster a Lean culture.

In 2017, Frank briefly worked at CRDN Textile & Electronics Restoration in the role of Electronics Salvage and Restoration. Francis (Frank) expressed gratitude for the support and flexibility provided by the company.

Frank also has academic experience, having pursued a PHD in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Boise State University in early 2017. During this time, they worked as a Graduate Assistant in the Cantley Research Group.
