Jason Griswold has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years in various roles within the technology industry. Jason started their career at ITT Technical Institute as a Federal Work Study in Network. After that, they joined Electronic Data Systems as a Tier I Help Desk Coordinator. Jason then moved to Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Services – Navy Marine Corps Intranet where they worked as a Site Operations Support Specialist, providing technical support to a large enterprise location and micro server farm.

In 2006, Jason joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise Services, where they held multiple roles. Jason started as a Help Desk Coordinator and later became a Remote Desktop Management Lead - Systems Administrator. In this role, they assisted with local site operations for the Service Desk and provided technical assistance on escalations for the Remote Desktop Management Team.

From 2011 to 2012, Jason worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise Services as a Premiere Support for the US Navy Reserves at Gowen Field, where they provided technical guidance and resolved escalated issues for Tier III Technicians. Jason also served as a Tier III Technician and a Tier II Help Desk Coordinator Technical Lead, assisting Tier I agents in resolving customer issues.

In 2012, Jason joined Idaho Digital Learning Academy as a Technical Support/Infrastructure Coordinator. Jason provided technical support and remediation to teachers and students, as well as maintained the network infrastructure.

In 2015, Jason joined Cole Valley Christian Schools as a Network/Systems Administrator. Jason ensured network connectivity between sites, implemented cost-saving solutions for connectivity, and ensured user access to network resources.

Jason's most recent role has been with Cradlepoint, where they have been working since 2016. Jason started as an Enterprise Support Engineer and later became a Manager of Global Service and Support. Currently, they hold the position of Training Manager, where they oversee global service and support training programs.
