Khanh Dinh

Khanh Dinh has a diverse work experience in the field of information security and technology management. Their most recent position was as a Member of the Board of Directors at IT-ISAC, starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Manager of Security Operations at Cradlepoint since August 2022.

Before joining Cradlepoint, Khanh worked at CVS Health for a significant part of their career. They held various roles, including Information Security Manager from May 2022 to July 2022, Lead of IT Security Operations from October 2019 to May 2022, Analyst of IT Security Operations from July 2017 to October 2019, Incident Coordinator from October 2011 to July 2017, and IS Associate Technician from December 2010 to October 2011.

Throughout their work experience, Khanh demonstrated strong skills in incident coordination, vendor management, customer support, problem resolution, and documentation.

Khanh Dinh obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Network Engineering from Johnson & Wales University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their degree, Khanh has also obtained the following certifications: Recorded Future Certified Analyst from Recorded Future in July 2019, and Proofpoint Email Protection - Level 1 from Proofpoint in October 2018.
