Mandana Salahshour

Mandana Salahshour began their work experience in 2000 as an RF Engineer at Honeywell. From 2003 to 2006, they worked as a Senior Printed Circuit Board Designer, where they designed PCB layouts and simulations for wireless barcode scanners and mobile computing products. In 2006, they transitioned to the role of Senior Product Compliance Engineer, managing global mobility products and regulatory approvals for various regions. Mandana built relationships with third-party agencies to secure certification fee discounts and created product compliance test plans. From 2014 to 2018, Mandana served as a Senior Regulatory Compliance Supervisor, leading quality and compliance efforts during the acquisition of Intermec Technologies. Mandana managed a team of regulatory engineers responsible for global certification of wireless mobility products. As the Global Regulatory Compliance Leader, Mobility Systems from 2018 to 2023, they managed a global team, improved certification cycle time, and initiated cost reduction efforts. Currently, Mandana is working as a Regulatory Engineering Manager at Cradlepoint as of 2023.

Mandana Salahshour has completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Middlesex University. Mandana also holds a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the same university. In 2017, they obtained a certification as a Six Sigma Lean Expert from Honeywell.
