Marco Cajina

Marco Cajina has extensive experience in the field of information security, particularly in cyber threat intelligence. Marco is currently employed at Cradlepoint as a Sr. Manager, Threat Research & Analytics since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Arete Incident Response as a Threat Intelligence Leader from May 2021 to July 2022.

From 2012 to 2021, Marco worked at American Express, where they held various roles related to cyber threat intelligence. Marco started as an Information Security Specialist and later became an Information Security Manager. Their responsibilities included developing the long-term roadmap for the threat intelligence program, collaborating with incident responders and red teamers during incidents and exercises, and ensuring stakeholder requirements were met.

Before American Express, Marco worked at World Fuel Services as a Sr. IT Security Analyst from June 2011 to July 2012, and at Digital Bond, Inc. as a Security Consultant from July 2009 to June 2011.
