Georges Rahbani

Georges Rahbani has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and management.

Georges is currently serving as the Senior Software Engineering Manager at Cradlepoint, where they lead the NCOS Platform Features teams. Their responsibilities include focusing on WWAN technologies such as 5G/4G/LTE, Wi-Fi, IoT initiatives, and container orchestration/edge compute efforts.

Prior to Cradlepoint, Georges worked as a Consultant in Senior Software Engineering Management for their own company, Rahbani, Inc., from October 2020 to February 2021.

Georges also held the position of Vice President of Development and Consultant at InsightCyber from July 2020 to September 2020.

Georges took a Sabbatical/Extended Leave from February 2019 to July 2020, during which they completed a major farming project, traveled, and spent quality time with family and friends. Georges also engaged in researching new technologies.

Before their sabbatical, Georges worked as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Jama Software from March 2018 to January 2019.

Georges co-founded TabExam, Inc. in 2015 and served as the Chief Technology Officer. Georges successfully recruited and led a team of developers to build an intelligent dental practice management system that improved efficiency and accuracy in dental charting.

Georges also worked at CDK GLOBAL (Previously Dealer Services Division of ADP until October 2014) as a Software Engineering Manager from May 2003 to March 2015. In this role, they led strategic research projects and mentored teams for the adoption of Agile development.

Their career began in 1997 when they founded Tashreen, Inc. and served as the Chief Technology Officer until 2003.

Georges Rahbani pursued their higher education from 1983 to 1988 at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. During this period, they earned both a Master of Science (MS) degree and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in the field of Computer Science.
