Nick Kael- Cissp, Ceh, Ccsk

Nick Kael is an experienced professional with a strong background in cybersecurity. Nick currently holds the position of CTO for Cradlepoint's Ericom Cybersecurity Business Unit, following their acquisition of Ericom Software. In their previous role as CTO at Ericom Software, Nick was responsible for various key aspects including pre-sales, post-sales global support, internal IT, cloud operations, security, compliance, and training.

Before joining Ericom, Nick served as the Group CTO for Symantec's Global Service Providers, overseeing teams that worked closely with service provider partners to integrate products and deliver professional services. Nick also held leadership positions at Zscaler Inc., where they were responsible for the North American service provider business and solution architecture.

Nick's earlier experience includes roles at Symantec as a Senior Principal Security Strategist, where they worked closely with senior-level executives to discuss security programs and provide support to the sales and support teams. Nick also worked at BT Global Services as a Network Security & Mobility Engineer and had additional responsibilities in business development and security specialization.

Before entering the private sector, Nick began their career as a Squad Leader in the United States Marine Corps. Overall, Nick Kael has a diverse background in cybersecurity and has held roles with a strong focus on customer support, product strategy, and sales enablement.

Nick Kael's education history begins with their attendance at Okemos Senior High from 1980 to 1988, where they obtained a general high school/secondary diploma.

In terms of certifications, Nick holds several additional qualifications. Nick obtained the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)² in August 2010. Nick also attained the CEH certification from EC-Council, though the specific month is not provided.
