Patrick J. McKnight

Patrick J. McKnight has a diverse work experience spanning a variety of roles in technology sales. Patrick J. began their career at Anixter, where they served as an Inside Sales Account Manager and later as an Outside Sales Territory Manager. Patrick J. achieved significant revenue growth and developed relationships with key clients in the commercial, government, and education sectors.

McKnight then joined TE Connectivity as an Account Executive, where they continued to excel in sales and customer relationship management. Patrick J. later moved to Verizon Enterprise Solutions Group as an Account Executive, where they helped organizations improve their business processes and evolve their business models through technology solutions.

In 2014, McKnight joined Brocade as a Territory Account Manager, selling their networking solutions. When Extreme Networks acquired Brocade's SRA Division in 2017, they became a Senior Account Manager, responsible for managing large enterprise accounts in Florida.

McKnight's experience in the technology sales industry continued with BCI Integrated Solutions, where they served as an Electronic Systems Sales representative. Patrick J. then joined Cradlepoint as a Regional Sales Manager, responsible for driving new customer acquisition and growth opportunities in the commercial sector.

Patrick J. McKnight obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource from Florida Southern College, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. In 2001, they received the Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification from BICSI, specializing in Telcom, Data, and Construction Standards.

In addition to their formal education, Patrick has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Patrick J. completed various certifications related to networking and sales with Cradlepoint, including the Cradlepoint Certified Network Professional - NetCloud Private Networks, Cradlepoint Certified Sales Professional - NetCloud Private Networks, Cradlepoint Certified Network Professional - 5G, Cradlepoint Certified Network Professional - NetCloud Exchange, and Cradlepoint Certified Sales Professional - NetCloud Exchange. These certifications were obtained between 2022 and 2023, ranging from 5G networking to sales proficiency.

Furthermore, Patrick obtained the Delivering an Authentic Elevator Pitch certification from LinkedIn in May 2022. Additionally, they hold the Cradlepoint Certified Sales Associate certification, obtained in April 2022, and the RCDD certification from BICSI, obtained in January 2001.
