Tim Cerami

Tim Cerami has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Tim began their career in 1988 as a Draftsman at GB Manchester. In 1993, they worked as a Product Manager at Northwest Micro, organizing a line of white-box computer systems and creating marketing materials.

From 1996 to 1998, Tim served as a Microsoft Technology Specialist at Atlas Telecom, where they brought their expertise in Microsoft Server and Exchange products to the company. Tim also provided user training, worked on the company's Intranet website, and assisted the CEO with complex technical scenarios.

In 1998, Tim joined CompuCom as a Systems Engineer, leading a project to replace Windows 3.x machines with Windows NT Workstation at a local hospital. Tim evaluated cloning/ghosting technologies, conducted testing, and developed a rollout plan for the campus.

From 1999 to 2005, Tim worked at Sarcom as a Mobile Workforce Practice Manager. Tim was contracted at a local hospital to assist with the Y2K rollout, performing software testing and BIOS updates to avoid any issues during the year transition.

Tim then moved on to MobileDataforce/FieldSync in 2005, initially working as a Sales Engineer/Product Manager. Tim performed product management tasks, including roadmap planning, graphics and UI design, QA, and product collateral development. Tim also assisted with sales, engineering, and project management. Tim continued with the FieldSync team when it transitioned to FieldSync in 2011, serving as an Information Architect. Tim'sresponsibilities included building new websites, working on marketing templates, and publishing newsletters for customers.

In 2008, Tim Cerami established their own company, Tim Cerami Design, where they were the owner and designer. Tim provided web design, branding, and marketing services to small businesses, helping them create a professional image through technology and design.

Since 2018, Tim has been associated with Storm Products, Inc. Tim initially served as a Brand Ambassador, promoting the company's products, and later became an Amateur Staff member, contributing to the development of their staff.

Finally, in 2015, Tim joined Cradlepoint as the Director of User Experience (UX), overseeing the user experience design of the company's products.

Tim Cerami has a certificate of completion in CAD/CADD Drafting and/or Design Technology/Technician from Oregon Polytechnic Institute, which they obtained from 1985 to 1986. Prior to that, from 1984 to 1985, they pursued studies in Computer Technology at Clark College, but did not obtain a degree. Tim also attended Peninsula College from 1982 to 1984, where they studied CAD/CADD Drafting and/or Design Technology/Technician, but did not earn a degree. In addition, Tim has a certification in MCSE from Microsoft, although the details of when and where they obtained it are not provided.
