Dan Crowder has a diverse background in recruitment and managing design companies. They currently hold the role of Managing Director at Craft, where they focus on growing design businesses and helping creative individuals advance in their careers. Prior to this, they worked as a Recruiter at Orchard and held various recruitment consultant roles at companies like Grad Central. In addition to their professional experience, Dan also spent time traveling the world before diving into their career. They obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Nottingham after completing their education at King Edward VI School in Lichfield.
