Head Of User Experience at Craft Education System

Samantha Uebel's work experience begins in 2009 as an English Language Assistant at Lycée Hilaire de Chardonnet. Samantha then worked as a Substitute Teacher at Metro Nashville Public Schools and as a Shift Manager at Couva Calypso Cafe. In 2011, they became a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Middle Tennessee State University, where they prepared and taught French courses. From 2013 to 2018, Samantha worked as a French Teacher at Williamson County Schools. Samantha then pursued a career in UX Design, starting as a UX Design Student at CareerFoundry in 2019. In the same year, they also worked as a Freelance Designer. From 2020 to 2021, Samantha was a Product Designer at Levven, where they conducted user research, developed product vision and strategy, and designed digital products. Currently, Samantha is the Head of User Experience at Craft Education System, where they are responsible for improving user experience through data-driven experiments.

Samantha Uebel's education history is as follows:

- From 2019 to 2020, they attended CareerFoundry and obtained a degree in UX Design. Their field of study was Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design.

- From 2011 to 2013, they attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) and obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree. Their field of study was Teaching French as a Second or Foreign Language.

- From 2005 to 2009, they attended the University of Louisville and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Their field of study was French Language and Literature.

In addition to their formal education, Samantha has obtained various certifications, including a UX Certificate from Nielsen Norman Group and multiple UX-related certifications from CareerFoundry and other institutions. Samantha has also obtained a teaching license from the Tennessee Department of Education.
