Kat Joie Mellenbruch

Kat Joie Mellenbruch has been working in the professional world since 2006. Kat Joie began their career as an Assistant Store Manager at GameStop, where they were responsible for scheduling, customer service, marketing, POS sales, stocking, training, coaching, and interviewing new associates. Kat Joie also partnered and organized for cross-promotional purposes with local businesses for video game launch parties. In 2014, they moved on to become a Marketing Assistant at Noble, where they led the insights team of 10-15 associates for B2B projects and created and maintained different social networking tools for the company. In 2016, they worked as a Video and Recipe Coordinator at The Food Channel, coordinating with 15+ guest chefs to make sure their content was on the website, working with the data files, and distributing the data to third party vendors. Kat Joie also created content for videos, recipes, and a blog. In 2017, they became a Lead Customer Support Engineer at Real Geeks, leading a team of 20+ employees and working on a variety of issues. In 2019, they joined ARGO Data Resources as a Technical Support Analyst I, monitoring the health and status of clients' servers and the ARGO platform. Currently, they are the Director of Implementation at Craftable, where they mentor a team of customer success managers, onboarding specialists, and support agents to improve onboarding, client retention, and cross-department communication, processes, and relationships with customers. Kat Joie also manages large key accounts of high MRR with a focus on expansion, retention, upsell, and adoption of the platform.

Kat Joie Mellenbruch attended Ozarks Technical Community College from 2012 to 2014, where they earned an Associates of Arts degree in English.
