Christiane Peco

Christiane Peco has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Christiane is currently the Head of HR at Craftview Software GmbH since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at InterSystems as the Senior HR-Manager for Central and Eastern Europe & Nordics from 2016 to 2023. Before that, they were the HR-Manager at InterSystems for the same region. Christiane also held the position of Senior Manager Organizational Development & Human Resources at AMERIA GmbH from 2015 to 2016. Their earlier experience includes working as the Head of Office, Event & Compliance Management, and Personnel Development at GBG Forschungs GmbH from 2003 to 2015.

Christiane Peco obtained a Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from VWA Wiesbaden from 2003 to 2005. In 2018 to 2020, they pursued the Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management from The City and Guilds of London Institute. In 2017 to 2018, Christiane completed their studies in Human Resource Management as an HR Manager at Haufe Akademie.
