Christiane Peco

Christiane Peco has a diverse work experience in various HR roles, always with leadership responsibilities. Christiane is currently the Head of HR at Craftview Software GmbH since 2023, a PE-backed company supported by Battery Ventures. Craftview is constantly growing through M&A activities, expanding its presence in Europe. At Craftview, Christiane is also a member of the Management Team, alongside Klaus Enke (CEO) and Christian Mieth (CFO).

Prior to this, they worked at InterSystems as the Senior HR Manager for Central and Eastern Europe & Nordics from 2016 to 2023. Before that, they served as HR Manager for the same region. Christiane also held the position of Senior Manager Organizational Development & Human Resources at AMERIA GmbH from 2015 to 2016. Their earlier experience includes serving as the Head of Office, Event & Compliance Management, and Personnel Development at GBG Forschungs GmbH from 2003 to 2015.
