Courtney Kent

Courtney Kent advises experienced and emerging leaders from Fortune 500 companies on a wide range of topics including leadership style, team engagement, strategic clarity and relationship management.

Prior to joining CRA, Courtney spent a decade assisting Fortune 100 companies globally with operational excellence and process transformation, including long-term expatriate assignments in Hong Kong and London. She successfully led multi-cultural teams through the delivery of business transformation initiatives.

Courtney received her BA in Business Administration and Accounting from Point Loma Nazarene University and is studying Organizational Psychology at San Diego State University. She is a Certified Executive Coach through the International Coach Federation and Certified Public Accountant.
