Mitchel Flaherty

Mitchel Flaherty serves as the Executive Managing Director at RIPCO, where co-leadership of an investment sales team targets the Manhattan and Bronx markets. Flaherty also chairs the Upper Manhattan & Bronx Committee for the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and co-hosts "The Broker Brunch" podcast alongside Brian Whelan, which features discussions with real estate professionals. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Investment at B6 Real Estate Advisors, specializing in Bronx commercial real estate, and recognition as one of the top young professionals in various industry publications. Flaherty's earlier career featured positions in investment and appraisal with Lambert Smith Hampton and Romans, respectively. Flaherty holds a Bachelor's degree in Estate Management from the University of Greenwich and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Reading.
