Chris Hanley has over 20 years of experience in the advertising industry. Chris started their career at Rapp Collins Worldwide as an Assistant Account Executive, where they managed various print, direct mail, collateral, data base, and point-of-purchase projects. Chris then joined Temerlin McClain as a Senior Account Executive before moving to DDB as an Account Supervisor on JC Penney. After that, they joined McCann Erickson as an Account Supervisor for Buick. In 2004, Chris joined Rodgers Townsend as an Account Director, leading the launch and sustained support for the new AT&T brand. Chris also managed the collaboration of various agencies in developing the brand's new identity. In 2006, they joined Cramer-Krasselt as a Management Supervisor and eventually rose to the roles of VP/Management Supervisor, SVP/Group Account Director, and finally Group Account Director and Strategy Lead. Throughout their career, Chris has demonstrated expertise in account management, strategy development, brand launch, and collaboration among multiple agencies.

Chris Hanley earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Advertising from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. In addition, they obtained a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in March 2021.
