Nicole Tetzlaff

Nicole Tetzlaff is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning from 2004 to the present. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Crane Engineering since July 2017, Nicole focuses on mentoring and coaching HR staff while providing technical guidance to promote career advancement. Previously, Nicole held various roles at The Community Blood Center, advancing from Human Resources Assistant to Human Resources Generalist, Senior, where responsibilities included maintaining employee confidentiality, administering benefits programs, and managing the HR Information System. Nicole holds a Master of Business Administration from Lakeland University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management, along with an Associate’s Degree in Human Resource Management.
