Alyssa Bowerman

Alyssa Bowerman serves as the Assistant General Counsel at Crane Group Company since July 2018, providing legal support in various areas including commercial, transactional, litigation, employment, and intellectual property matters. Prior to this role, Alyssa worked at American Electric Power from May 2013 to July 2018 as Counsel, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating numerous agreements related to commodities, financing, and service contracts. Alyssa's legal career began with internships, including a Legal Fellow position at U-Haul International, a legal internship with the City of Upper Arlington, and a judicial externship at the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas. Alyssa earned a Juris Doctor degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2013 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The Ohio State University, completed in 2010.
