Paul G. Igoe

Paul G. Igoe has a strong background in legal and compliance functions, with experience in various senior executive roles. Paul G. is currently working at Crane NXT as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary. Prior to that, they held the position of Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Secretary at Excelitas Technologies Corp., where they led the legal and compliance function for a global technology manufacturing company. Paul G. has also worked as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at SS&C Technologies, overseeing global legal services and compliance for a public company. In addition, Paul has held legal leadership roles at Lydall, Teradyne, and Morningside/Springfield Investments, and they began their career as an associate in the banking and creditors' rights department at Hinckley Allen.

Paul G. Igoe completed their education at Georgetown University Law Center, graduating with a Doctor of Law (JD) degree between 1984 and 1987. Prior to that, they attended the College of the Holy Cross from 1980 to 1984, earning an A.B. degree in History, magna cum laude.
