Bryan J. Bean

Bryan J. Bean has extensive work experience in talent management, learning and development, and instructional design. Bryan J. most recently served as the Director of Talent Management at Crane Worldwide Logistics, where they developed and executed learning and development strategies, designed leadership development programs, and transformed performance management processes. Prior to that, they held the role of Global Learning and Development Manager at the same company, overseeing training and development initiatives. Bryan has also worked as an Instructional Designer at Crane Worldwide Logistics and held various positions at other organizations, including ATD Houston, MODEC International Inc, Versabar, Inc., Universal Technical Institute, and Volkswagen AG.
