Meggan Pavlick

Meggan Pavlick has over 17 years of experience in various human resources roles. Meggan is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Crane Co. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President - HRBP at Sysco Cleveland, Inc. for four years, where they managed all HR functions and worked strategically with leadership to support business objectives. Meggan also held multiple roles at Newark element14, including Human Resource Business Partner and Head of Human Resources - Americas Sales, where they developed and implemented HR strategies for sales teams in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.
