Tanya Wilson

Tanya Wilson has a strong background in human resources, with over 20 years of experience. TANYA started their career as a Human Resources Generalist at Marion Bass Investment Group in 1999. TANYA then worked as a Human Resources Associate at Royal & SunAlliance from 2001 to 2004. Following that, they served as a Recruiter for Physician Practices at Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center from 2004 to 2006. Tanya then joined First Charter Bank (now Fifth Third Bank) as an HR Generalist from 2006 to 2008. TANYA continued their career at Fifth Third Bank as an HR Business Partner from 2008 to 2012, partnering with Bank Lines of Business leadership in the Atlanta market. From 2012 to 2013, Tanya worked as an HR Manager at MarketSource Inc., where they focused on talent management, employee engagement, compensation, and employee relations. TANYA then moved on to become the HR Director at Georgia's Own Credit Union from 2013 to 2016. Currently, Tanya holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Craneware since 2016.

Tanya Wilson pursued their higher education from 1994 to 1999 at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. During this time, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a specialization in Management in Human Resources.
