Gordon Dickman

Gordon Dickman has worked in the aerospace industry since 1997. Gordon began as a Contractor at DERA, then worked as a Principal Systems Engineer at Blue Bear Systems Research Ltd from 2003 to 2009. In 2009, they joined Cranfield Aerospace Solutions Ltd as Associate Director and Head of Airborne Systems Group, where they also held the roles of Head of Airborne Systems Group, Acting Head of Airborne Systems Group, Airborne Systems Programmes Manager, and UAV Programmes Manager. In 2017, they established Carodon Management Services Limited, where they served as Director. In 2020, they returned to Cranfield Aerospace Solutions as Head of Manufacturing / Production Manager and Head of Projects / Production Manager.

Gordon Dickman attended Kingston University from 1985 to 1989 and obtained a BEng (Hons) in Aeronautical Engineering.
