Bridget Pairaudeau

Bridget Pairaudeau is a seasoned IT professional with over 20 years of experience in digital transformation and strategic leadership. Currently serving as a Leadership Mentor with the Cranfield Trust, Bridget actively contributes to pro bono consultancy for humanitarian charities. In addition, Bridget is a Lecturer at the University of Bristol from September 2023 to July 2025. Previously, Bridget held the position of Interim Chief Technology Officer at Good Things Foundation and was the Chief Technology Officer at Institute of Physics Publishing for over two decades, overseeing significant digital change initiatives and managing a substantial annual budget. Bridget possesses expertise in IT strategy, technical risk management, and team development, underpinned by a Master's degree in Information Technology and Learning from Lancaster University.
