Gemma Adams is a seasoned senior innovation practitioner with extensive experience in facilitating systemic innovation and learning across philanthropy, civil society, and academia. Currently serving as a Systemic Innovation and Learning Facilitator at The Beeworx since February 2017, Gemma enables organizations to navigate challenges creatively. As a Non Executive Director at ThoughtBox Education and a Visiting Research Fellow at Cranfield School of Management, Gemma offers strategic oversight and fosters leadership development in sustainability. With a long-standing affiliation with Forum for the Future, Gemma has held various roles, including Head of Innovation and Principal Sustainability Advisor, overseeing initiatives aimed at systemic change and sustainable development. Additional contributions include serving as a Teaching Associate at the University of Warwick and a Consultant Associate Director at Ashden, while previous experience includes leading community-focused wellness projects at The Active Wellbeing Society and strategic design at Schumacher College. Gemma holds a degree in Special Human Geography from the University of Hull.
