Chris Biersmith

Chris Biersmith is an experienced retail and apparel industry professional with a strong background in visual management and global commercial strategy. Currently serving as the Retail Visual Manager at Crate and Barrel since November 2019, Chris manages a team of 15, focusing on executing visual directives and optimizing store layouts. Prior to this, Chris held various influential roles at Wilson Sporting Goods Co., including Global Commercial Director for Soft Goods and Global Product Director for Apparel and Gear, where significant sales and margin growth was achieved. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Callaway Golf, Under Armour, Reebok, and Marshall Field's, with proven success in driving revenue increases and managing large product teams.
