Phil Ageh

Phil Ageh, CFI, has extensive experience in asset protection and inventory control within the retail sector. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Asset Protection & Inventory Control at Crate and Barrel since May 2021, Phil previously held roles as Supply Chain Asset Protection Manager at RITE AID and multiple positions at Macy's, including Flagship Asset Protection Manager. Additional expertise comprises over two years as a Loss Prevention Leader at Burlington Stores, Inc., and previous leadership roles in loss prevention at JCPenney, Gap Inc./Banana Republic, and Kmart Corporation. Phil holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from the City University of New York-College of Staten Island.
