Sherri McKinley

Sherri McKinley, PHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Crate and Barrel since November 2019, Sherri supports operations in the US and Canada. Prior to this role, Sherri managed human resources for the Supply Chain team at JJ Haines and served as an HR Business Partner at Lash Group, focusing on aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Sherri also held significant positions at Chiquita and General Cable, providing HR guidance across multiple corporate functions and developing training programs for HR personnel. Sherri holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Northern Kentucky University and an Associate degree in Business Administration from Wright State University.
