Hannah Baradic has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. Hannah began their career as an Administrative Assistant at Brandish Creative Group in 2015. In 2017, they worked as a Student Employee at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater Bookstore, as well as an Assistant Teacher (Seasonal) at All About Learning, LLC. In 2018, they became a Resident Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. In 2019, they held two positions simultaneously: Youth and Family Specialist Assistant at Walker's Point Youth & Family Center, and Children's Autism Treatment Technician at FamilyPath Autism Services, LLC. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Product Designer I at CrateBind.

Hannah Baradic attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 2016 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work. Prior to that, they attended UW-Milwaukee at Waukesha from 2015 to 2016, studying General Studies. In November 2020, Hannah obtained a Shift Nudge Certificate of Interface Design from Shift Nudge.
