Nicholas Civili

Nicholas Civili has been working in the software engineering field since 2014. Nicholas began their career as a Technology Support Specialist at the University of Missouri - St. Louis before joining NISC as a Software Development Intern. Nicholas then progressed to Software Specialist and Senior Software Specialist at NISC, where they were primarily focused on diagnosing and fixing production issues with a privately hosted web application leveraging big data technologies and the Spring framework. Nicholas also built out a data warehouse utilizing Apache Hive, Apache Spark, and Spring Boot. In 2019, they moved to Bytecode IO, Inc as a Senior Full Stack Engineer, and most recently they joined Cratejoy as a Senior Software Engineer in 2021.

Nicholas Civili attended Missouri University of Science and Technology from 2010 to 2012, studying Chemical/Computer Engineering. Nicholas then went on to the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from 2012 to 2015.
