Ali Sayed has over 20 years of experience in restaurant management, currently serving as Operational & Area Manager at Cravia Inc since June 2005. Responsibilities include coordinating restaurant operations, appraising staff performance, ensuring safety compliance, and conducting financial management to achieve profitability. Previous roles include Branch Manager for multiple locations and Floor Manager at various branches, where Ali excelled in staff training, performance evaluation, and sales analysis. Ali began the career with management trainee programs at Breakfast & Co. and Chili’s. Ali holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Lebanese American University.
