Justin Metzler, LEED Green Associate, has a diverse work experience in the real estate development and architecture industry. Justin currently holds the position of Vice President of Real Estate Development at Crawford Hoying, starting in 2022. Prior to this, from 2020 to 2022, they served as a Real Estate Development Senior Project Leader at National Church Residences. From 2014 to 2020, Justin worked at Homeport as a Real Estate Development Senior Project Manager. Before that, they were a Project Manager/Associate at Davis Wince, Ltd from 2009 to 2014. Justin also gained experience as an Acquisitions/Development Associate at Richland Communities from 2006 to 2009. In earlier stages of their career, they worked as a Summer Architectural Intern at Ankrom Architects in 2005 and as a Graduate Architect at Horne & King Architects from 2001 to 2004. Justin began their professional journey as an Architectural Intern/Graduate Architect at URS (Architects, Engineers) from 1997 to 2001.

In 2016 and 2017, they furthered their education by completing a Project Management Certificate in Affordable Housing Real Estate Development from Neighborworks.
