Steven Minnis

Steven Minnis serves as the Head of Technical Solutions and Head of Environmental for Crawford & Company in the UK and Ireland, with a career spanning from October 2018 to the present. Prior to this role, Steven held multiple positions at RSA Northern Ireland Insurance Limited from September 2012 to October 2018, including team lead roles in Motor Damage & Commercial Property and Injury Operations, as well as Senior Counter Fraud Investigator. Earlier career experience includes a position as Motor Injury Handler at MIS Claims Ltd from January 2007 to August 2012. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Management from Queen's University Belfast and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Ulster University. Additionally, Steven has completed an IOSH course in Health and Safety Management.
