With a diverse background that includes roles such as UK IT & Business Services Director, UK Product Development Director, and Business Performance Director, Phil manages teams focused on key accounts, management information, and operational change, all aimed at delivering exceptional service and value to clients. Phil has also held positions in strategic initiatives and innovations, driving improvements in customer service. Earlier in the career, Phil was a Claims Handler at Aviva and has academic qualifications that include an MBA in Management from Anglia Ruskin University and a BTEC National Diploma in Business & Financial Studies from Solihull Technical College.
