Fatma Sajwani

Fatma Sajwani has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Fatma started their career at Yahsat as a Spectrum Management Engineer, where they worked on the Yahsat Satellite Project and handled various project-related tasks. Fatma then moved on to Thuraya Telecommunications Company, where they held multiple positions, including Business Development Manager, Regulatory Affairs Manager, and Regulatory Officer. In these roles, they were responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing proposals, seeking licenses, and ensuring compliance with international standards. After their time at Thuraya, Fatma joined du as a Business Development Manager, where they represented Smart DUBAI and supported government entities in their digital transformation and ICT projects. Most recently, they worked at Honeywell as an SPS Solutions Leader, overseeing sales for end-to-end solutions in the Middle East, Russia, Turkey, and Africa. In this role, they managed a sales team and a functional team, developed strategies, and handled the full profit and loss responsibilities. Currently, Fatma holds the position of VP of Sales - Public Sector at Crayon.

Fatma Sajwani holds a High School Diploma in Scientific studies from Al Ittihad Private School - Mamzar, which they completed from 1987 to 2001. Fatma then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering at the American University of Sharjah, which they completed from 2002 to 2006. Fatma later obtained a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from the University of Wollongong in Dubai, completing it in 2010.
