Suzette Taylor

Suzette Taylor has extensive work experience across various companies and roles. Suzette started their career in 1999 as a Technology Project Manager at Harcourts New Zealand, where they developed and implemented a property management software system. Suzette then worked as a Sales Administration Manager at Edtech from 2001 to 2005.

In 2005, Suzette joined Ingram Micro NZ Ltd as a Microsoft Licensing Product Manager, responsible for coordinating network projects and supporting education account managers. After two years, they moved to Microsoft and worked as an Operations Account Manager from 2007 to 2014, overseeing accounts and managing customer requests.

From 2019 to 2022, Suzette served as the ANZ Regional Lead at Inviso Corporation, responsible for managing and growing Inviso's presence in the ANZ region. Their role involved people management, recruitment, coaching, and performance reviews.

Suzette later joined Microsoft again in 2014 as a Software Asset Management & Compliance Lead, where they worked with customers and partners in the area of software asset management.

In 2022, Suzette joined Parallo, a Crayon Company, as a Customer Success Manager, providing SaaS companies with world-class service. Currently, they are an AWS Programs Lead, APAC at Crayon.

Throughout their career, Suzette has gained expertise in areas such as solution assessment, customer success, software asset management, and people management. Their experience spans across different industries and they have extensive knowledge of the tech industry.

Suzette Taylor attended Auckland Institute of Technology from 1989 to 1990, where they obtained a National Certificate in Business Studies with a focus on Accounting and Economics. Prior to that, they attended Birkenhead College from 1985 to 1988 and received a Sixth Form Certificate with a general field of study. Furthermore, they have additional certifications in Software Asset Management (SAM) - Core from Microsoft and Microsoft: AZURE214x Azure Fundamentals. The years of obtaining these certifications are not specified.
