Kelsey Strobel

Kelsey Strobel has a strong background in recruiting and talent management. Kelsey is currently working as a Lead Recruiter at CRB, where they are responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates to build a diverse interdisciplinary team. Prior to this role, Kelsey worked as a Corporate Recruiter at CRB, where they fueled company growth by recruiting top industry talent. Before joining CRB, they worked as an Executive Recruiter at Abacus Search & Staffing, LLC, where they conducted full-cycle recruitment for technical professionals on a nationwide basis. Kelsey also has experience as a Talent Manager and Talent Specialist at Pro Staff, where they maintained client relationships, provided qualified talent to clients, and handled client and employee concerns.

Kelsey Strobel completed their high school education at MIll Valley High School in 2011, earning a High School Diploma. Kelsey then pursued further education at Pratt Community College from 2011 to 2013, obtaining an Associates Degree in Applied Science / Mathematics. From 2013 to 2015, Kelsey attended Sterling College and graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree.
